Good break on the way up the coast before heading west, good cooffee
Just a little dissappointed, made use self serve machine even though I clearly stated I wanted to go to counter.took a fair while to receive order even though we were the only ones in there. Over charged, due to voucher not working on self service scanner. Then they forgot a burger, so on the start of our 9 hour trip we had to turn around and go back and get the burger, with a small sorry. I understand that it is McDonald's, but does that excuse sloppy service?
I went to Gracemere McDonalds and ordered 3 coffees. I had to then repeat myself again, because the staff member didn't hear what I was saying. Which was fine, but she was quite rude, along with the guy who was taking our money, I ordered 2 x iced lattes one with caramel, and 1 x almond milk iced latte with caramel. Now you would think that what you ordered you would receive. I paid 50 cents extra for my almond milk that they didnt even use in my coffee, and had used full cream milk. So thanks Gracemere, I will not be coming back.
I asked for no onions and the tag said no onions but got onions. Oh well the food was fresh and a good change from other Maccas in our last location.
They have really lifted there game. It was clean and I really enjoyed my meal. Will call again next time I am going that way.
