The man behind the desk was rude and unhelpful, after paying $4 to enter, most parts were gone and we found 2 caps for coolant reservoir and master cylinder. They were in average condition and he wanted $10 each for them. I told him Ned Kelly was still alive.

The team at pick a part were sooo helpful. They did not have the part but suggested they could source it for me. Sure enough 2 weeks later I have my parts and they are like new.Thanks
Been there a few times. Always been good to me until today. Older Male/maybe owner was ridiculously rude to myself and farther after looking for parts for a project car. Ruined our day. Told us he would rather throw the part in the bin then drop the price from $25 to $20.Iv never met a person so rude in customer service. Slammed the eptpos down twice and said good luck if it doesnt work. Hope he remembers me because next time I'll do the dirty like everyone else and pocket my part. Very poor service. This is my first review ever. Angry
