I had 2 good experiences followed by a terrible one!Rang to see if my doctor was on time and admin confirm the doctor was in fact on time. Arrived 5mins early only to wait 45mins then receive an SMS from the practice saying I missed my appointment! I went to talk to and admin and they said they werent sure what was going on but I was definitely next. Sure enough my doctor came out and called someone else in!!Since I then had to leave after waiting for an hour, I then informed them that I will go elsewhere to see a doctor!WORST EXPERIENCE AT A GP I HAVE HAD

My family has been using this practice for about a year now and couldn't be happier with the service provided. My 10 month old even gets exited when she has to go she loves her doctor she even looks forward to getting her needles. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
