Great place to get movies from and they use a buffing machine to clean each dvd unlike some places where it just gets a wipe over. Have been with them since 2012. They have awsome deals that i just love and are the cheapest in town. $5 for one or 3 new realeases for $10 or 4 for $12 just make my night in with the family an awsome time.They even have drinks and snacks plus now with the daisy wrap it or stack it next door i can get a delicious and healthy tea as well all in the one place. Talk about convenient especially when im trying to get two kids in and out of the car.I love this place and i am there every week and couldnt have a single fault.
Had to pay to replace a dvd we apparently hired when we were away on school holidays. So they have let someone hire a dvd in my name without my I.D. I do not have a card so it was not scanned. Or accidentally put in the wrong member number. Now I am being held responsible for cost????? Got the next dvds home. One didn't work. Took it back within hours. No replacement offered. Where are the old staff? Used to be a good store. Cancelling my membership before it happens again.
